Galatasaray take on Konyaspor in the Turkish Cup

Galatasaray host Konyaspor in the Ziraat Turkish Cup on Thursday 12 February. The game will be played at the Turk Telekom Arena at 17:00 (GMT).
The Lions will be in high spirits after coming off the back of a hard earned 2-1 victory over Eskisehirspor. Hamza Hamzaoglu is expected to field a weakened line-up against Konyaspor as he focuses his attentions on the Turkish Super League clash against Balikesirspor on Sunday.
Konyaspor also go into the game in good form having recorded back-to-back victories in the league. Aykut Kocaman will field his strongest side against Galatasaray.

Galatasaray qualified in first place from Group G with four victories and two defeats in six games. Hamzaoglu’s side scored 20 goals while only conceding on eight occasions.
Konyaspor qualified in second place after Genclerbirligi with two wins, three defeats and a draw in six games. The Anatolian Eagles scored 10 goals and conceded seven.
