Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oumar Niasse is undergoing a medical at Everton at the Finch Farm training complex according to Sky Sports.
Everton are on the verge of signing the Senegal international on a £13.5 million deal which would make Niasse the third most expensive signing in the Toffees history.
The Premier League outfit are almost certain to clinch the deal beating Galatasaray to his signature.
The Lions had been closely linked with the 25-year-old striker during the Hamza Hamzaoglu era. The current Bursaspor manager was largely credited with putting Niasse on the map during his time at Akhisar signing him for just £175,000.
Niasse became one of the most highly sought after strikers in the Turkish Super League during his time at Akhisar scoring 15 times and providing seven assists in 40 appearances.
Lokomotiv eventually snapped him up on a £3.85 million move in 2014 where he went onto net 19 goals in 42 games.
