Galatasaray v Besiktas – Probable line ups – Can the Eagles take a step towards the title

Besiktas take on their Istanbul rivals Galatasaray today as the Eagles look to preserve their place at the top of the Turkish Super Lig.

Senol Gunes’ side are three points ahead of Fenerbahce going into the last three games of the season and can take a massive step towards the title if they can record a win tonight.

Galatasaray have little more than pride to play for following a turbulent season which see’s them in sixth place with 45 points in 31 games.

Besiktas are currently in pole position in the league with 73 points in 31 games.

Besiktas’ only injury concern going into the clash is for their centre-back Rhodolfo who is expected to miss the game.

The Black Eagles will be looking to their star striker Mario Gomez for goals. The Germany international is in great form for Besiktas having scored 26 times this season.
