Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoğlu stated that Beşiktaş played the better football in the Istanbul derby but that winning is all that counts.
The Lions beat Beşiktaş 2-0 at the Türk Telekom Arena to move one step closer towards ensuring the league title.
“To be honest Beşiktaş played the better football but we kept to our game plan and took our chances, winning is all that matters at this stage,” Hamzaoğlu told Lig Tv after the game.
