‘He will play for Chelsea’ – Agent believes £22m Blues target Alex Telles will play for Premier League champions ‘one day’
Chelsea have been closely linked with a move for Porto full-back Alex Telles according to reports in the British press.
The Sun report that Blues boss Antonio Conte has approached Porto regarding Telles, informing them they are prepared to offer £22 million.
Telles’ agent, Fernando Otto revealed that he has not received any recent contact of offers from Chelsea but has not ruled out a summer transfer.

“For now, we have nothing,” the representative told Sport Witness. “Not from Chelsea. Neither me nor the player received any contact, from any English club. But it can happen because the market opens tomorrow.”
Otto revealed that the Blues have been interested in Telles since 2014.
Telles received an offer from Chelsea but he had already agree to a pre-contract with Turkish giants Galatasaray at the time.
“When he went to Galatasaray, we had an offer from Chelsea for Alex. But at the time, we had already confirmed a pre-contract with Galatasaray, and we could not go back,” he added.
Otto did also reveal that he believes Telles will play for the Premier League champions one day.
“But there was information exchange, last year too. And I believe that maybe one day he will play for Chelsea. I don’t know if it’s going to be this season or the next. But I feel like one day he can play for Chelsea,” he said.
The Lions were the first club Telles joined in Europe. The 24-year-old joined from Gremio on a £5.2 million [Transfermarkt] deal.
Galatasaray stand to make 10 percent of Porto’s profit on the transfer if a summer move does materialise.
