“There are a lot of rumours but nothing concrete right now, Jimmy is getting playing time in Greece but if one of Turkey’s top clubs made an offer we would of course consider it,” Simon told Radyospor.

“Jimmy loved playing in Turkey and would like to play for one of the big clubs.”

Fenerbahçe have been closely linked with the 25-year-old winger.

The Swedish international joined Olympiakos on a £1.7 million move from Gençlerbirliği last season.

The 25-year-old has experience playing in the Süper Lig and would be eligible to play as a domestic player due to being a Turkish citizen.

Durmaz was born in Örebro, Sweden to Turkish parents from the Midyat region of Turkey.

The Swedish international has one goal in 10 appearances for the Greek giants this season and still has three-years remaining on his contract.

Durmaz was eligible to represent Turkey at international level but opted to play for his country of birth.

The 25-year-old scored twice in 13 international appearances for the Swedish national team.

Fenerbahçe are currently first in the Süper Lig with 36 points and managed by Ismail Kartal.
