Liverpool midfielder Emre Can enjoys day off after victory over Bournemouth

Emre Can is enjoying a well earned day off following his sides 1-0 victory over Bournemouth in the Premier League.

Can was left out the Liverpool starting lineup by manager boss Brendan Rodgers but came on as a substitute for club captain Jordan Henderson in the second half.

The 21-year-old took to Instagram earlier today to share a selfie alongside two of his friends with the following caption, “Great win yesterday Now enjoying the day with @cnyt12 @sahne03 #ynwa #liverpool”

The 21-year-old received a rating of 6.73 from Whoscored. The Germany u21 international made four tackles after coming off the bench. Can also maintained a passing accuracy of 81%. Christian Benteke scored the games only goal with a strike from inside the area.

Summer signings Benteke, Milner and Clyne all made their second start for Liverpool on Sunday. The Red’s take on Arsenal next weekend.
