Liverpool midfielder Emre Can will miss this weekends Premier League encounter with Stoke City due to a suspension.
The 22-year-old has been ruled out for the next two games after picking up his 10th booking of the season.
Can will also sit out for Liverpool’s trip to Bournemouth next weekend. The Germany international will however be available for Liverpool’s two Europa League games against Borussia Dortmund.
The Red’s travel to Germany to take on the Bundesliga giants on Thursday, kick-off is at 20:05 (GMT).
In the Premier League if a player receives 10 yellow cards between the first day of the season and the second Sunday in April they will be suspended for two games.
The 22-year-old has yet to be shown a red card this season but has been punished due to an accumulation of yellow cards.
Liverpool are currently 9th in the league table on 45 points nine points behind fourth placed Manchester City.
