Liverpool reject Euro giants offer again but could lose €45m star man Emre Can for free next summer

Juventus have been unsuccessful in their bid to sign Liverpool star midfielder Emre can.

According to the Italian radio station TMW, Juventus have been forced to look into other midfield options after failing to land the Germany international.

Per the source, Juve put together a bid and held talks with Liverpool. However, Liverpool are not willing to put Can up for sale this summer.

Juventus were recently linked with a €45 million move for Can by the Turkish outlet Sozcu.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is understood to be a big fan of the combative midfielder and wants him to stay.

Can cemented his place in Jurgen Klopp’s starting line-up last season. The 23-year-old played a major role in Liverpool’s fourth placed finish in the Premier League.

However, Can has under 12 months remaining on his contract with Liverpool. If the former Bayer Leverkusen man fails to put pen-to-paper on a new deal, he may leave for free next summer.
