Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge has been closely linked with a move to Besiktas.
Sturridge is represented by the Octagon player management company.
Octagon’s Turkish agent Hasan Anıl Eken who represents Sturridge’s rights in Turkey revealed his client would be open to a Besiktas move back in March.
Eken said: “If the circumstances are right and the fans want him Sturridge would play in Turkey.”
Besiktas vice-president Ahmet Nur Cebi has held two meetings with Eken over the past week regarding Strurridge.
The Black Eagles want the Liverpool forward on a loan deal but he has just 12 months remaining on his contract.
Besiktas are in financial trouble and would only be keen on signing Sturridge on a permanent deal if Liverpool agreed to a cut price deal.
The Istanbul giants wanted the 30-year-old back in January but he ended up joining the Baggies on a £3.8 million loan deal according to the Telegraph.
Per the source, Liverpool stood to receive a £2 million loan fee and West Brom will pay all his wages which amounts to a further £1.8 million.
