Liverpool midfielder Emre Can is expected to start his third consecutive game on the bench following reports stating Jordan Henderson is set to return ahead of Monday’s encounter.
Henderson was substituted off the field during Liverpool’s 1-0 victory over Bournemouth last weekend. The England international received a boost after scans removed fears he had broken a bone in his foot.
The Mirror newspaper state that the Liverpool captain is expected to be in Brendan Rodger’s staring line-up against the Gunners.

The 21-year-old spent the majority of last season in a back three or at right back despite being signed as a midfielder from Bayer Leverkusen.
