Man City send club official to Turkey for £17.5m midfielder being scouted by Tottenham & Arsenal
Trabzonspor attacking midfielder Yusuf Yazici has received widespread interest from across Europe since bursting onto the scene last January.
Manchester City have become the latest club to join the race for the Turkish international star according to the Hürriyet.
Per the source, City sent a scout to Turkey on Monday night to watch the Black Sea Storm on Monday.
Trabzonspor ended up beating Antalyaspor 3-0 at home with Yazici putting on an impressive display.

The 20-year-old provided an assist for Burak Yilmaz and was directly involved in the third and final goal.
Yazici has also been linked with fellow Premier League sides Arsenal and Tottenham this season.
Trabzonspor are not keen on selling Yazici in January but have set a £17.5 million valuation.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has personally watched the attacking midfielder in action according to his representative Adem Cebeci.
Cebeci said, “Yusuf wants a move to Europe, Dr Erkut Sogut has been in talks with clubs and there is interest from the Premier League, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has watched Yusuf in person.”
The 20-year-old now two goals and three assists in all competitions for the Black Sea Storm this season.
