Man United v Stoke City – Probable lineups – Turkish giant’s targets Ibrahimovic to miss out
Manchester United will be looking to continue their winning run of form when they take on a struggling Stoke City in the Premier League tonight.
Several United players have been linked with a move to the Turkish Super Lig in recent weeks.
Besiktas Zlatan Ibrahimovic is unfortunately ruled out with a knee injury while Fellaini – also linked with the Black Eagles – is unlikely to start.
According to the Fanatik newspaper, Besiktas have held preliminary talks with Ibra’s agent Mina Riola. Meanwhile, the Independent have reported that Fellaini could be on his way out of United in the near future after United failed to meet his wage demands.
The Belgium international’s contract with United expires at the end of the season.
Jose Mourinho will know a win tonight can cut the point gap between his side and Man City down to 12 points.
Stoke meanwhile sacked Mark Huges last week and have appointed Eddie Niedzwiecki as caretaker manager.
