Galatasaray’s star goalkeeper Fernando Muslera has signalled that he may leave the club in the summer.
Following the Lion’s victory over Rizespor in the Turkish Cup, Muslera stated that he will consider offers made over the summer.
“I have two seasons remaining on my current deal and have already spent five years at Galatasaray,” Muslera told reporters after the game.
“I am happy here however, if a serious offer comes in I will consider it carefully.”
Muslera was closely linked with a move to Manchester Untied over the summer transfer window before David de Gea signed a contract extension.
The 29-year-old has been tipped with a move away from the Istanbul Giants following the FIFA ban which see’s Galatasaray suspended from European competition.
The Uruguay international played a key role in Galatasaray winning the league for a record 20th time last season and earning the right to wear a fourth star – Galatasaray also won the double for a record sixth time.
UEFA suspended Galatasaray from European competition for a season for breaching financial fair play rules.
