Soyuncu is expected to stay at Freiburg over the summer despite being closely linked with Manchester United, Manchester City and Leicester.
Turkish-Football revealed that United and City have been keeping tabs on the 20-year-old.
Also Leicester City have joined in the race for the Turkish international.
Soyuncu’s current contract runs until 2021 and his club have been growing increasingly restless over rumours that their rising star could be on the move.
The players representatives have been told not to speak to the media about interest from England.
Soyuncu’s former club Altinordu have not been keeping silent and have openly revealed that there is interest in the defender.
Altinordu have a clause in Soyuncu’s contract which would result in the Turkish second-tier club netting 30 percent of any future transfer so it is in their interests for the centre-back to leave for a high fee.
The Izmir based club president Seyit Mehmet Ozkan told Turkish-Football that Soyuncu is worth €25 million.
Soyuncu is a first-choice centre-back at Freiburg despite being just 20-years-old and joining from a Turkish second-tier club.
The young defender is one of the most highly rated players in Turkey and has already been called up to the national team.
Caglar has one assist in 20 appearances for Freiburg in all competitions this season and was recently awarded the Man of the Match award following the 2-1 win over Hertha Berlin.
