Newcastle United welcome Stoke City to St James’ Park on Saturday for their 15:00 GMT Premier League clash.

Magpies head coach Rafa Benitez has confirmed that Paul Dummett and Massadio Haidara are out injured.

Mbemba has returned to the Newcastle squad after recovering from a hamstring injury and will start.

Star striker Aleksandar Mitrovic is also out suspended for Newcastle.

Rising star Dan Barlaser was included in the provisional squad for the second week running but has failed to make the matchday squad.

The 20-year-old also made the provisional squad for the Swansea clash but did not make the match-day squad.

The midfielder of Turkish origin has yet to make a Premier League appearance this season but has played four matches for the reserves.

The young midfielder was born in Gateshead but has represented both Turkey and England at youth international level.

Barlaser can represent either Turkey or England at senior international level.
