West Ham and Newcastle United face competition for Mexico international defender Deigo Reyes according to Sky Sports.
Per the source, Fenerbahce have made an offer for the 25-year-old centre-back.
Reyes is a free agent after his contract with Porto expired this summer.
The defender has 53 caps for Mexico but missed the World Cup due to a hamstring injury.
Reyes joined the Portuguese giants from Mexican outfit America for €7m in 2013 but made just 49 appearances over the past few seasons.
The defender did however, have two loan spells in the La Liga with Real Sociedad over the 2015-16 season and Espanyol in the 2016-17 campaign.
Fenerbahce have made strengthening the defence a priority.

Reyes fits the transfer criteria for the Yellow Canaries as they are keen on free agents and loan deals due to financial constraints.
The Yellow Canaries are desperate to complete their transfers before the Champions League playoff round next month.
The Hammers meanwhile have reinforced their backline signing two centre-backs already, Issa Diop and Fabian Balbuena.
