Photo: £25m Everton Target Cenk Tosun Spotted in England Ahead Of Reported Transfer
Besiktas star Cenk Tosun has been closely linked with a move to Everton.
The Guardian reported that Everton have struck a £25 million deal with Besiktas over the transfer of Tosun.
Turkish-Football also confirmed from a source close to Besiktas that the Toffees have made an offer.
The latest development in the transfer story unfolded last night as Tosun was spotted in London.
The 26-year-old was spotted in a restaurant in Muswell Hill, North London called Cilicia.
The Turkish international is expected to complete his move transfer to Everton once the transfer window opens in January.

Tosun is expected to sign a four-and-a-half year deal with the Premier League outfit.
The star striker has 14 goals and three assists in all competitions last season.
Tosun ended up scoring in the Turkish Cup clash against Osmanlispor last week and appeared to give the fans a final farewell.
The striker was given a standing ovation by Besiktas fans after being substituted off for Orkan Cinar.
