Turan is currently without a shirt number having not played a single minute of competitive football under the management of Ernesto Valverde.

The experienced attacking midfielder is now almost certain to leave in January.

The sale of Coutinho to Liverpool has resulted in a transfer boost for Everton who are interested in Turan.

Mundo Deportivo claim that Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut has contacted and offered the attacking midfielder to Everton and AC Milan.

The La Liga leaders reportedly want €20 million for Turan who has been dropped from the squad.

The attacking midfielder does however, have another two and a half years remaining on his current contract.

The Coutinho move could make Everton’s job just that bit easier.

Turan would become the second Turkey international to join the Toffees after Cenk Tosun completed his move.
