Photo: Everton Transfer Boost After Besiktas President Spotted In London For Cenk Tosun Talks
Everton took another step towards completing the transfer of Cenk Tosun today after Besiktas president Fikret Orman arrived in London.
Orman was accompanied by director of football Ali Naibi and club official Umut Guner.
The Besiktas delegation have started crunch talks with Everton over Tosun.

Tosun meanwhile is still in London after travelling to England on new years.
The Turkish international will travel to Goodison to complete his move if Besiktas strike a deal with Everton.
An announcement is expected imminently regarding the latest round of negotiations.
