Mesut Özil’s Instagram posts rarely make a lot of sense and his latest post is as bizarre as usual. This time the World Cup winner is pictured staring out of the window of a high-rise buildings wearing a top with the Germany national team emblem on it.
We assume the picture was taken from Frankfurt hence the hashtag and Özil is on international duty so it is likely the picture was taken at some stage during the team camp.
Özil is coming off the back of a terrific performance against Manchester United in which he scored his first goal of the season and provided an assist in the 3-0 victory over the Premier League giants.
The win took the Gunners into second place in the league and was the fourth time Özil has scored and provided an assist in Arsenal colours.
Özil has joined Dortmund midfielder Gündoğan, Liverpool star Emre Can in the Germany national team camp ahead of the Euro 2016 qualifier on Thursday against Ireland.
Can, Gündoğan and Arsenal playmaker Mesut Özil make up the three Germany international players of Turkish origin in the current side.
