Juventus are targeting a summer move for Arsenal star Mestu Ozil according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Italian sports newspaper claims that Juve will use Sami Khedira to try and persuade his Germany international team-mate to make the switch.
Arsenal meanwhile are keen to keep hold of their star man and have reportedly offered a £200,000 per-week contract extension deal.
Ozil does still have two-years remaining on his current Arsenal deal and has stated that he wants to see out his contract but Juventus will try to use the lure of winning silverware to tempt the playmaker.
The 27-year-old has had a brilliant season providing the highest number of assists in the league (18). Ozil still has a chance of matching the Premier League record of 20 set by Thierry Henry.
Juventus have won the league title for the last five consecutive seasons and were runners-up in last years Champions League final against Barcelona.
Arsenal have not won the league title for a decade and failed to make it past the Champions League Last 16 this season.
