“I would love for Tarık and Veysel to return,” Skibbe told Lig Radyo.
“They really are quality players in my opinion but whether Galatasaray will let them leave is another story.
“And to be honest considering how much they are paid we may not be able to match their wages so it may not even be possible anyway.”
Çamdal and Sarı both left EsEs for Galatasaray but have struggled to settle in.
Sarı has been transfer listed by the Lions and is currently in talks with Kasımpaşa.
Skibbe recently signed a 1.5 year deal as EsEs head coach.
The German manager spent six months at EsEs during the 2010-11 seasons during which time he took charge of 17 games, winning nine, drawing three and losing five.
