Taffarel admits the league would not be over if Galatasaray win derby [divider]
Galatasaray goalkeeper coach Claudio Taffarel revealed that he does not think the title race will be over if the Lions beat Fenerbahçe in the Intercontinental derby on Sunday.
“It is always tough playing Fenerbahçe away but we are in great form so you never know,” Taffarel told Galatasaray Tv.
“We will move seven points clear if we beat Fenerbahçe but I do not think the league would be over, there is still a long way to go.”

Galatasaray are currently first in the Süper Lig, four points clear of third placed Fenerbahçe with Beşiktaş in second.
The Lions are in great form but have not beat Fenerbahçe at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium since 1999.
Fenerbahçe have only lost once at home in their last 34 league games.
Taffarel has been goalkeeper coach at Galatasaray since 2011.
The Galatasaray legend won the Turkish league, Turkish Cup, UEFA Cup and Super Cup during his playing days in Turkey.
Taffarel won the 1994 World Cup with Brazil as well as two Copa America titles.
