“The utter disgust” – Fans react to Gary Neville’s onslaught on Arsenal following 4-0 defeat to Liverpool
Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville basted Arsenal’s star players during their defeat to Liverpool.
The Gunners suffered a humiliating defeat against their title rivals on Sunday leaving them in 16th place in the Premier League.
Neville was commentating the game live on SkySports and didn’t hold back when it came to criticising Arsenal’s star names.
The former England international branded Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey as “pathetic” in the first half.
“I’d stick them all up on the transfer list, there aren’t many who’d get better than where they’re at.
“I’m not a Liverpool fan but this Arsenal team deserve a battering,” Neville went onto state.

Unsurprisingly, Neville comments provoked plenty of reaction on social media.
It’s safe to say the majority of Arsenal fans begrudgingly accept the former United star makes a good point.
