The Istanbul giants would make 10 percent on the €18.5 profit they would make should the transfer go ahead.
The report also claims that Telles has attracted interest from Juventus and PSG.
Telles’ agent, Fernando Otto told Sport Witness that he believes his client will end up playing for Chelsea in the future.
“But there was information exchange, last year too. And I believe that maybe one day he will play for Chelsea. I don’t know if it’s going to be this season or the next. But I feel like one day he can play for Chelsea,” he said.
The 24-year-old does have another four years remaining on his current deal at Porto.
Telles has one goals an 10 assists in all competitions for the Portuguese giants.
