Valencia prepared to offer €22m for Chelsea target who has been directly involved in 6 Champions League goals this season
Besiktas star Cenk Tosun has been in great form in the Champions League this season directly contributing to six goals – four goals, two assists.
Tosun has attracted widespread interest on the back of his impressive form in Europe and domestic competition.
La Liga giants Valencia became the latest side to join the race for the Turkish international striker according to Fotomac.
Per the source, Valencia are prepared to offer €22 million in January for Tosun.
Besiktas are not however, keen on selling the forward over the winter transfer window, mid-way through a record breaking Champions League campaign.
Chelsea are also interested in Tosun according to Besiktas general secretary Ahmet Urkmezgil.

Urkmezgil said: “Cenk has come so far, he is a great player who has reached the highest level.
“Chelsea sent club officials and a scouting team to watch him during the derby.”
The Black Eagles became the first Turkish side to finish the group stage as leaders finishing ahead Porto, Monaco and RB Leipzig.
In fact the Istanbul giants did not lose a single game, a record shared by Barcelona, Tottenham and Liverpool this season.
Tosun has 11 goals in all competitions this campaign and has another two years remaining on his contract.
