The Turkish international has now scored the joint highest number of goals directly from free-kicks alongside Trabzonspor midfielder Mehmet Ekici.
Çalhanoğlu setup Son Heung-Mi with the opening goal on 15 minutes.
The 21-year-old also scored his sides third goal and final on 73 minutes from a set-piece position.

Çalhanoğlu was given a Whoscored rating of 8.84 and awarded the man of the match title for his performance.
The young attacking midfielder completed more successful dribbles (3) and more key passes (2) than any of his teammates.
The 21-year-old is regarded as being one of the best set-piece specialists in world football.
Pep Guardiola recently revealed that he is also a fan of the young attacking midfielder, “Çalhanoğlu is one of the best free-kick takers in the Bundesliga.”
The 21-year-old has now scored 11 times and provided nine assists in all competitions for Bayer this season.
