The 18-year-old wonder kid has been closely linked with a move to Arsenal according to the Star newspaper.
Per the source, the Gunners are prepared to offer €30 million for the Trabzonspor star.
Monaco, Manchester City, Tottenham and Bayern Munich are also reported to be interested.

Omur has four assists and a goal in the Super Lig for Trabzonspor this season.
The rising star captained Turkey during their 2015 European Under-17 Championship qualification campaign and played a key role in lifting the Under-16s’ Aegean Cup.
Emre Sarigul of Turkish-Football included Omur in the Guardian newspaper ‘Next Generation 2016: 60 of the best young talents in world football’ list last year.
