Emre Can is expected to be included in Liverpool’s starting line-up which takes on Watford FC later on today.
The 21-year-old has been a constant feature in Jurgen Klopp’s starting XI since the German manager’s appointment. Klopp has opted to use Can primarily in midfield whereas the Red’s former manager Brendan Rodgers frequently played the 21-year-old in defence.
Can is expected to start alongside club captain Jordan Henderson and Lucas in Liverpool’s three man midfield.
Liverpool sit in ninth place with 24 points in 16 games in the league and have gone two weeks without a win.
