Fernando Muslera on path to becoming Galatasaray legend says Taffarel [divider]

Galatasaray goalkeeper Fernando Muslera is on course to become a club legend according to Lions goalkeeping coach Claudio Taffarel.

“Muslera keeps improving, actually I think he should take it a bit easy otherwise everyone will forget about me,” Taffarel told Galatasaray Tv.

The experienced keeper joined Galatasaray from Lazio in a deal worth €12 million in 2011.

The 27-year-old played an integral role in the Lion’s back-to-back title winning seasons – 2011-13.

The Uruguayan international has also won the Copa America and finished the 2010 World Cup in fourth place for Uruguay.

Muslera has conceded 40 goals and only kept six clean sheets in 24 games this season.
