Ghana international Akaminko set to miss Besiktas game [divider]

Eskişehirspor defender Jerry Akaminko will miss the Süper Lig game against Beşiktaş due to injury according to Ghanasoccernet.

Akaminko only recently recovered from an injury that kept him out of the 2014 World Cup.

The Ghana international missed mid-week training and joins the extensive EsEs injury list.

EsEs will also be missing Hürriyet Gücer, Toko and Ömer Şişmanoğlu the club revealed in a statement.

The statement read: “Hürriyet will return to training next Wednesday, Ömer Şişmanoğlu will undergo medical tests on on Monday and Tuesday. Toko has been ruled out with injury for three weeks.”

 

The Süper Lig outfit could also be without goalkeeper Ruud Boffin as well as Sezer Öztürk, Diego Angelo, Mustafa Yumlu, Raheem Lawal and İbrahim Sissok who are all injury doubts.

EsEs drew 1-1 with Beşiktaş the last time the two sides went head to head.

Beşiktaş are currently 2nd in the Süper Lig on 47 points but will move back into pole position with a win against EsEs.
