Inter manager Roberto Mancini targets former Arsenal midfielder Özyakup
Inter have been linked with a January move for Besiktas’ creative midfielder Oğuzhan Özyakup.
According to reports in the Turkish media, Özyakup who has lost his place to Jose Sosa in the Besiktas starting line up, has attracted the attention of the former Galatasaray manger Roberto Mancini.
The reports go onto say that the Serie A giants are preparing a €5 million bid for the former Arsenal midfielder.
Inter have been busy in the transfer market having already signed Xherdan Shaqiri from Bayern Munich and Lukas Podolski from Arsenal.
Özyakup joined Beşiktaş from Arsenal in 2012 for a fee of €500,000.
The 22-year-old has seven assists and two goal in 24 appearances for Besiktas this season.
