Gianluca Di Marzio claims that AC Milan will have to make sales before they can transfer Kjaer.

Per the source, the Serie A outfit are keen on parting ways with Gabriel Paletta, Cristian Zapata and Rodrigo Ely.

Kjaer still has another two-years remaining on his contract and a source close to Fenerbahce revealed to Turkish-Football that they will not consider offers below £17.5 million.

Liverpool and Arsenal could swoop in to hijack AC Milan’s efforts to land the defender.

Turkish-Football recently reported that the Reds have been targeting a move for the Denmark international.

Liverpool have prioritised signing a defender this window after pulling out of the race to sign Southampton centre-back Virgil van Dijk.

Fotomac meanwhile claim that Arsenal made a £10.5 million bid for Kjaer which was turned down.

The report claims that the North London based outfit are considering increasing their offer.
