Manchester United striker Robin van Persie could complete his transfer to Fenerbahçe by Thursday according to TRT Sport presenter Ersin Düzen.
Speaking on the Futbol Günlüğü program Düzen claimed that Fenerbahçe will have a decision on Van Persie tomorrow.
As reported by Turkish-football.com’s Emre Sarıgül and the Guardian’s Jamie Jackson on Saturday Fenerbahçe have reached an agreement-in-principle for the Netherlands international.
Fenerbahçe sporting director Terraneo is currently in England holding talks with United over striking a deal regarding the transfer fee.
United are expected to part ways with Van Persie before their pre-season trip to the United States.
The Yellow Canaries completed the transfer of another former United player Nani on Monday.
The Istanbul giants signed Nani on £4.3 million deal and unveiled the Portuguese international at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium where he signed a three year deal.
Fenerbahçe have already completed seven transfers this summer including Lille defender Simon Kjaer, Nani and last seasons Süper Lig goal king Fernandao.
