Lucas has had no shortage of interest with several clubs including Galatasaray, Besiktas and Gremio all reported to be eyeing a move.

Galatasaray had actually almost signed Lucas last summer but Klopp vetoed the move.

Brazil’s Zero Hora claim the Reds will not charge for Lucas and that he is free to leave this window if he wishes to.

Lucas has one-year remaining on his contract and is currently the most experienced member of the Liverpool squad.

The midfielder joined the Reds from Gremio in 2007 and has made 345 appearances in all competitions.
