Olcay Şahan (Pronounced Oldzay Shahan)
The 27-year-old won’t be the first name to spring to mind in this Beşiktaş side but he gives the team balance with his work rate, willingness to defend and poses an attacking threat. The Turkish international works tirelessly and his assiduous nature has made him one of Slaven Bilic’s favourites. Şahan already has seven goals and eights assist this season and has a tendency to score important goals in the last 10 minutes of games.
