The Argentinian attacking midfielder has the work rate Bilic demands from all his players but his strongest attributes are undoubtedly his intelligence, creativity and technical ability. The 29-year-old has sliced defences open with his attacking wizardry this season. Sosa is capable of making dangerous passes in the tightest of spots and poses a threat from set pieces. Beşiktaş will look to their Argentinian playmaker for attacking moves down the middle. Sosa has a wealth of European experience, he was part of the Atletico Madrid side that won the La Liga and reached the Champions League final last season.
