Arsenal beat Newcastle United 1-0 at the Emirates to move two points clear of Leicester City at the top of the Premier League table.
Olivier Giroud has a great record against Newcastle and Mesut Özil has been on fire lately but neither scored in the game winning goal. Instead if was fefender Koscielny who scored the only goal of the game on 70 minutes – although it did come as a result of an Özil corner.
Özil did however, create three key passes over the 90 minutes and made the joint highest number of successful dribbles (2).
The North London based side moved ahead of Leicester City on goal difference following their 2-0 win over Bournemouth last week but now have a point advantage over the Foxes.
