‘We Have A Deal’ – Everton Reach Agreement Over Cenk Tosun Fee Says Besiktas President
Everton have reached an agreement with Besiktas over the transfer of Cenk Tosun according to club president Fikret Orman.
“Our interests and the players interests are important. Cenk wants to join Everton. We want to do our part. We are working on a replacement,” Orman said.
“The era of buy, buy, buy is over. This is the era of buy add value and sell.
“A final deal has not been reached yet but we have an agreement over the price. The end is near.
“The transfer will be wrapped up by the weekend.”

Orman is currently in London with club director of football Ali Naibi and board member Umut Guner.
The Besiktas delegation held talks with Everton on Wednesday. Negotiations are expected to continue through today.
Turkish-Football reported earlier today that a £27 million deal between Everton and Besiktas is in place over the transfer of Tosun.
Tosun is currently in London and has been since new years eve.
The 26-year-old was expected to complete his Everton move in time for the FA Cup clash against rivals Liverpool on Friday.
Orman’s latest statement makes a Liverpool derby debut unlikely unless the transfer is completed today.
Tosun will travel to Goodison once Besiktas give him the green light.
