Galatasaray have reached an agreement with Lokomotiv Moscow to loan Oumar Niasse on a one year loan deal.
According to Fanatik, Galatasaray will pay the Russian side €800,000 for the season long loan.

Galatasaray also have the option to sign Niasse on a permanent deal for €4.5 million.
Niasse has had trouble finding a regular first team spot at his at Lokomotiv since arriving from Akhisar Belediyespor
The 24-year-old has himself claimed that Tottenham and Chelsea have been scouting him over the past season.
“Last season Chelsea watched four of my games and Tottenham watched six of my games and they are keeping tabs on me,” Niasse was quoted as saying by Eurosport TR.
The Senegalese international previously worked under current Galatasaray manager Hazma Hamzaoğlu while at Akhisar before his move to Russia.
Niasse is familiar with the Süper Lig, having first made a name for himself in Turkey before moving to Russia from Akhisar at the start of this season for €5 million.
