Fenerbahçe president Aziz Yıldırım has denied being in talks with Chelsea midfielder Ramires.
The Yellow Canaries are targeting an additional midfielder after releasing club veteran Emre Belözoğlu and have been closely linked with Ramires.
“We have not made an offer or even an enquiry for Ramires,” Yılıdırm was quoted as saying by Turkish-football.com at the Topuk Yayla training grounds.
The Telegraph report that Ramires is unlikely to part ways with Chelsea this summer and that he is in talks with the Premier League champions over a contract extension.
The Brazil international is expected to sign a new long-term agreement despite having two-years left on his current deal.
Yıldırım also ruled out a move for fellow Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel and Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina.
Fenerbahçe have had a busy transfer window already signing eight players including Manchester United stars Nani and Robin van Persie.
The Istanbul giants have also completed the transfer of Lille defender Simon Kjaer, Turkish international Sener Ozbayrakli and last seasons goal king Fernandao.
