As reported by Turkish-football.com’s Emre Sarıgül and the Guardian’s Marcus Christenson on Thursday Fenerbahçe have struck a deal with Manchester United over the transfer of Van Persie.
The United star will travel to Istanbul, Turkey on a private jet provided by Fenerbahçe and land at the Sabiha Gökçen airport.

The 28-year-old joined on a three-year deal for a £4.3 million transfer fee last Monday.
Nani was unveiled in a signing ceremony held in-front of thousands of fans at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium last Monday.
The Yellow Canaries have also completed the transfer of Lille defender Simon Kjaer, Turkish international Şener Özbayraklı and last seasons Süper Lig goal king Fernandao. Ba and Fabiano have also joined Fenerbahçe on loan from Porto.
