Beşiktaş president Fikret Orman was reported to be in London holding talks with Chelsea striker Loic Remy but the latest reports suggest that N’Doye is now favourite to join the Black Eagles.
The Istanbul giants sold Demba Ba to Shanghai Shenhua for €14 million last month and are in the market for a replacement striker.
N’Doye had a great record at Copenhagen where he scored 82 times and provided 34 assists in 150 appearances.
The Senegal international was closely linked with a move to Trabzonspor but joined Lokomotiv Moscow instead before joining Hull City last January. N’Doye scored five times in 15 games for the Tigers last season.
N’doye still has two-years left on his contract but could be tempted to leave Hull following relegation from the Premier League.
