Emre Can expressed his joy at training alongside the likes of Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil and Manchester United’s Bastian Schweinsteiger.
The 21-year-old has been called up to the Germany national team following a positive start to the season.
Can also featured in Germany u21’s European Championship campaign in the Czech Republic earlier this summer. Can scored a goal in his sides opening game and provided an assist in the second group game.
“I know what my role is in the German national team and have no problem with it,” Can was quoted as saying by SporX.
“I am playing alongside top quality players like Schweinsteiger, Neuer, Mesut Ozil and Thomas Muller.
“I can learn so much from these players.
Germany are second in group D with 13 points in six games. Emre Can’s side have won their last three group games.
The 2014 World Cup winners take on Poland on Friday and Scotland on Tuesday in Germany’s Euro 2016 qualification games.
The 21-year-old disappointed in Liverpool’s midfield as his side were on the wrong end of a 3-0 scoreline in Saturday’s clash with West Ham United.
Can is one of three Germany national team players of Turkish origin with the others being Ozil and Borussia Dortmund’s İlkay Gündoğan.
