Barcelona star has a tea party

Barcelona winger Arda Turan obviously has a lot of time on his hands having been ruled out of club football until January following the FIFA transfer ban imposed on the club.

Turan would have been preparing for the Levante game but instead was at home having a – solo – tea party.

The bearded winger shared a picture of a cup of tea in a traditional Turkish tea glass on his Instagram account alongside the caption: “Do Turks love Turkish tea wherever they go? yes we do ;).”

Turkish tea is drank with no milk and is generally grown on the north-eastern Black Sea coast of the country.

Barcelona ended up crushing Levante 4-1 to move into first place in the La Liga table on 12 points after four games.

The 28-year-old winger joined the reigning La Liga champions on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer transfer window but will have to wait until January 4 2016 to make his debut.

Turan is however, permitted to play international games and recently starred and scored in the 3-0 win over the Netherlands.

The Turkish international is also expected to feature against Czech Republic and Iceland in their Euro 2016 Group A qualification games next month.
