Mesut Ozil has been left out of the Fifa Ballon d’Or 2015 list leaving Alexis Sanchez as the Gunners only representative.
The list was revealed today by FIFA with the list of nominees for the player of the year award being shortened to the final three for the Ballon d’Or Award on 30 November.
Ozil, who was the last Arsenal player to make the 23-man Ballon d’Or list back in 2013 was unable to make this years list despite winning the FA Cup and a third-place finish in the league last season.
