Mesut Özil has stated that Arsenal have to be disciplined and believe in themselves if they are to come away with a result from the Allianz Arena tonight.
“We’ve always got belief because we know exactly what we can do and we’ve got very good players in our ranks, who can be dangerous against every team,” Özil told Arsenal Player.
“We know that and in Munich we want to show again that we belong to the best. We just have to play our game, be disciplined, believe in ourselves and then we’ll see if that’s enough against Bayern.”
Özil is expected to start again but Arsenal have an extensive injury list with Walcott, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Arteta, Ramsey, Ospina, Wilshere, Welbeck and Bellerin all out.
Bayern meanwhile are missing Götze and Rode while Badstuber and Bernat are both doubts leading up to the game.
