The Lokomotiv Moscow forward Oumar Niasse has been linked with a move to Chelsea by Eurosport.
The report states that Chelsea have sent scouts to monitor the Senegal international and that he has been included in the Blue’s list of targets for January.
Galatasaray have of course been closely linked Niasse over the past season and were close to landing a deal last summer which fell through at the last stages.
The Senegalese international previously worked under current Galatasaray manager Hazma Hamzaoğlu while at Akhisar before his move to Russia.
Niasse is familiar with the Süper Lig, having first made a name for himself in Turkey before moving to Russia from Akhisar at the start of this season for €5 million.
The Lokomotiv striker has 11 goals and seven assists in all competitions for the Russian giants this season.
