Besiktas have made an offer for David Ospina according to the Takvim newspaper.
Per the source, the Black Eagles have put forward a loan offer that would include a €2m fee.
Additionally, the proposed deal would include a €4m buyout clause option included.
Ospina has two-years remaining on his current contract but is expected to leave the North London outfit after falling down the pecking order.
The Colombian international is now third-choice keeper, behind Bernd Leno and Petr Cech.
Talks have been ongoing throughout the day between Besiktas and Arsenal officials.
The Super Lig outfit are currently waiting for a final decision before taking their next step.
The club have Bursaspor keeper Harun Tekin lined up as a replacement.
The latest development follows our story that Besiktas have a deal in principle with Ospina but have yet to strike a deal with Arsenal.
Besiktas would be willing to pay Ospina in the region of €2m per-season on a three to four-year deal.
